This is it.
Take a bow Joey Bats.
Baseball has always been a sport that allows for certainly memorable moments, and that is exactly what happened in what could be Jose Bautista's final game as a Blue Jay at Rogers Centre.
During the ninth inning of Sunday's game against the Yankees, John Gibbons decided to remove Bautista from the game for a defensive replacement as a last hoorah.
What followed probably gave the Dominican chills, as the Toronto fans stood up, cheered and said goodbye to one of its more beloved stars the last few years.

After leaving the field, Bautista hugged several of his teammates on his way to the dugout, was treated to one last curtain call in Toronto.
Bautista signed a one-year deal last offseason, but at 36 years old and with a team in reconstruction it seems unlikely that he will return.
