Kyle Schwarber is looking to get back to his best baseball form in 2018.
And what better way than being in the best physical condition of your time as a professional baseball player.
The Cubs showed off their home run hitter's weight loss in a series of videos on Snapchat of Schwarber working out.
Here are the videos:
He looks very different, right?
The player reported last season weighing 230 pounds at Spring Training, it looks like that number will be way down this year.
In 2015 he showed a great power bat connecting 16 homers in 69 games, but he would miss most of 2016 due to a horrific knee injury.
While no one was expecting it, Schwarber made an improbable comeback and made the World Series roster as the DH and came up with some of the most clutch hits in the series in which the Cubs ended up the champions.
In 2017 he didn't have the same success during the first half and was sent down to the Minors, but in the second half his bat woke up and he ended up with 30 dingers for the season.
Rumors in the trade market have pointed him to other teams like Rockies and Yankees that are looking for a big bats at first base and DH respectively.
In the Cubs he aims to continue seeing action as a left fielder, so his physical change is key for more playing time in Chicago but he might not be staying for long.
