After all that surrounded Eric Hosmer's singing with the San Diego Padres is probable that Kansas City Royals' fans were left with a bitter sensation, after seeing one of their big stars and important part of the franchise's recent success departing for a big money deal.

With the Royals he reached two World Series, winning it in 2015 and was named an All-Star in 2016. Also, he won 4 Golden Glove awards and one Silver Slugger as a first baseman.
The 28-year-old has a career average of .284 with 1,132 hits, 127 HRs and 566 RBI's. Hosmer signed an 8 year-long-deal with the Padres, worth $144 million.
