VIDEO: Padres' pitcher makes 'ninja catch' against Yankees

The pitcher got the out even though he seemed to have no chance

The San Diego Padres did not have a good game against the New York Yankees and lost by 7-0, but they definitely had the most striking play of the entire game.

It was during the bottom of the sixth episode that Adam Warren made a "ninja" defensive play that left everyone with their mouths open.

Everything happened when DJ LeMahieu with two outs hit a shot that looked like the diamond, but reliever Warren without seeing and behind his back made the catch to get the third out.

Here the video:

Definitely Warren now has one of the best defensive plays of the year and looks a lot like the "ninja catch" that happened in China a few years ago.
