The New York Yankees are already thinking about how to strengthen themselves to fight again for an opportunity for the 2019 World Series and the name of Manny Machado appears around them.

Even Yankees' owner, Hal Steinbrenner, got into the conversation of Manny Machado. On Yes Network's Kay Show, Steinbrenner was directly questioned about the possibility of signing the infielder for the following season:

We're going to leave no stone unturned. I'll explore every option that comes across my desk ... We know what kind of team the fans expect to take the field come Opening Day.

Machado has been directly linked to the Yankees and has even managed that the player would accept to play at third base only with indicated teams and many believe that the reference is directed to the Yankees.

This could lead the Yankees to have Miguel Andújar, a valuable piece of change or even the possibility of moving it at first base.
